I’ll help you gently reconnect with your body after birth – whether you’re newly postpartum or months further along and ready to care for your inner centre again.
You can join a group class or book private sessions at your home, outdoors or online.
What is postnatal recovery?
After pregnancy and birth, your body has gone through immense changes. The muscles of your abdomen and pelvic floor have stretched and softened to make space for your baby. Postnatal recovery helps you rebuild strength, stability and awareness in these areas, supporting your posture, relieving back pain and preventing long-term issues such as bladder weakness or pelvic discomfort.
The focus is on gentle, mindful movement – helping your body heal and regain strength from the inside out. It’s never too late to start: even if your baby is older, you’re always welcome to join.
Group sessions for 2026 – with or without your baby – will be listed here as soon as new dates are available.
Private sessions can be requested at any time.
